Last night was my very first time here, hubs surprised me for our date night and when I say I ain't never had so much fun or drank so much lol Alondra was AMAZING! Her energy was great the entire night we vibed instantly! We've both decided that this is going to be our new date night spot.

Last night my run group partnered with Lululemon to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it was hosted at Diablo Loco. I've been here a few times in the past but don't recall ever trying the food. For starters the parking lot was open parking (this is probably definitely subject to change b/c we've definitely paid to park here in the past). The bar itself is pretty big, having to sides and a huge outdoor patio. They have plenty of tv's to watch games and also have an area with pool tables and a couple of arcade games. We were a large group so it took a while to get drinks that we ordered but I could see the servers were working very hard to tend to us and make sure we were good so I applaud the service. I had a frozen strawberry margarita and a frozen peach margarita and the consistency was a little too watery for my liking and it wasn't quite the strongest (in my opinion).I did have a couple of shots as well so that gave me the extra "litness" that I needed. I will say that all the food that I tried was very good, which is not always the case at bars. The wings were very good!! I also had some loaded fries, and nachos and both were pleasing as well! So kudos to them! There was a DJ playing and he had our section lit so overall we had a phenomenal time! Not sure what the vibes are like in other days but we enjoyed ourselves on this Thursday night.

Unfortunately, I took no pictures but the wings (lemon pepper, franks buffalo sauce, and crown royal bbq) were hitting and the nachos were banging! Parking is free and abundant and the music was pretty good that night. The only slight downfall was as the evening got later and our group got bigger the waitresses forgot about drinks. I could not get me a water to save my life! But I truly overstand as our group was MASSIVE, so the fact that they started off fairly strong and consistent when our group wasn't as large but still BIG, gives them a slight pass in my eyes.

The music was slammin' and kept it going. First I had the swirl margarita which is not on the 8pm happy hour menu so then had a regular margarita ($3) with additional strawberry syrup ($1) when it turned 8pm. I also had the crispy chicken sandwich that comes with fries. The sandwich and fries were 5 stars. My friend ordered fried pickles and they were tasty because they use the kosher pickles. So my food and drinks came to $25 before tax but somehow my bill was $34. So just take heed if you are in a group (which there were many). My friends kept buying shots so that might mean we would be so faded to not recall just what we ordered. Overall, i really liked the place.

A decent sports bar where we could grab snacks after work. We visited three times during our brief stay in town. Saucy bone-in breaded chicken wings and potent frozen margaritas are our faves here. I tried a burger and some crunchy tacos, but neither were spectacular in comparison. Mango habanero, Honey Sriracha, and Devil's Kiss wing sauces were all tasty and not overly spicy hot either. Good mix of heat & sweet flavors. Plenty of tv screens to watch a variety of sporty events with resident DJ Jammin Frickin' J providing dance tunes during commercial breaks. Yes, he did play our music requests. Someone thought he resembled Uncle Phil from Fresh Prince of Bel Air. We didn't see Aunt Vivian. Service was very good during our visits and we had a group of six or more. There are a number of long belly up tables to accommodate larger parties. Everyone's food came out in timely fashion and they checked up on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.
